Seeing and Doing Part II

And then there are those times when the shepherd does speak and says it's time to move.

Interesing watching someone deal with that part of this process.

To see and hear and not really want to do.

The doing can sometimes be hard.

Maybe it's the involvement - or lack of involvement - of our flesh.

Yeah - Yeah - that's it.

When it's OUR idea to DO a thing - we're good to go.

When it's HIS idea to DO a thing - maybe not so much.

Oh we are so contrary sometimes.

Seeing and Doing

Ahhh the temptation to do.

Something.

You see, you get some understanding, you do.

Isn't that the thing? To do? To do something?

To speak. To share your new found knowledge?

Not.

No, not the thing to do.

Sometimes it really is to not do - at least to not do the thing that is in your mind to do.

Listening is good. To listen to the voice that says "wait".

Thank you, Lord, for your voice.

You are my shepherd and I am your sheep and I know your voice and when I listen it just works out SOOOOOOO much better than when I don't.
